This site uses a minimal number of cookies and local storage. Measurement and marketing cookies are only enabled with consent.
What cookies are
Small files the site stores in your browser to remember preferences or measure usage.
Where your visit came from
We keep the campaign and referring site of your first visit for up to 30 days to know which channel brought you (no personal data): the first-party cookies cs_ft and cs_lt hold the landing page without parameters, the referring site and the link’s campaign parameters (including the ad click reference, if you came from an ad). If you create an account in a Championsys product, we pass them on in the sign-up link; if you accept measurement, also this site’s Google Analytics identifier.
Cookieless measurement
If you do not accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads receive signals without cookies or persistent identifiers. Like any web request, they include your IP address, your browser and the page visited, and they are only used to measure the site in aggregate. If you accept them, full measurement is enabled.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, United States) records how the site is used (clicks, scrolling and pages viewed) to improve it. Without your consent, Microsoft receives your IP address and the page visited, without cookies, and records the visit without showing what you type in forms and search boxes. Without your consent, it only saves a temporary technical key (_cltk) in the tab’s session storage, which is deleted when you close the tab. If you accept measurement, it may use its cookies (_clck and _clsk on this site; MUID on Microsoft domains).
Marketing (company identification)
If you choose “Accept all”, we load the Apollo.io website visitor tracker (ZenLeads Inc., United States). It identifies the company you browse from using your visit’s IP address and records the pages you visit, so our sales team knows which companies are interested in our products (B2B marketing). It stores a random identifier in your browser’s local storage. It does not load before you choose, or if you choose “Necessary only”.
Advertising (Google Ads)
We use the Google Ads tag (AW-18501753883) from Google LLC (United States). If you choose “Accept all”, it sets first-party advertising cookies (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw and _gcl_ls) that remember whether you reached the site from one of our ads, and Google may use its own advertising cookies (for example, on google.com and doubleclick.net). We use them to measure the conversions from our ads and to show you Championsys ads on other sites (remarketing). Before you choose, or if you choose “Necessary only”, it sets no cookies and only receives the cookieless signals described under “Cookieless measurement”. Google processes that data under its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Third-party content
If you choose “Accept all”, some pages show content embedded from other services: the contact and demo forms, from the Championsys CRM (app.crm.championsys.com), and the meeting booking calendar, from Google Calendar (Google LLC). They do not load before you choose, or if you choose “Necessary only”. Each service may set its own cookies under its own policy; Google’s is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Videos in news articles load from YouTube (Google LLC), in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), only when you press play; until then, an image hosted on this site is shown.
The careers page shows the open positions from the Championsys ATS (app.ats.championsys.com), which set no cookies. “Postularme” and “Dejar mi CV” open the ATS form in a window on the page; that form uses Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC), which may set its own cookies, and loads only when you open it.
