Data controller

Championsys is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. The legal entities in each country will be listed in the final version.

Data we collect

Contact details entered in forms (for example name, email, company, role and message).

Technical browsing data strictly required for the site to work and, only with consent, usage measurement data.

When you submit a contact form, the pages you visited on our sites during that session are attached to your request so we can route it to the right team.

Only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice: the company you visit us from, which our provider Apollo.io identifies from your IP address, together with the pages visited, the referring page and campaign (UTM) parameters.

Purposes

To answer enquiries, set up demos and send commercial information about the products requested.

To improve how the site works and its content.

B2B marketing: learning which companies are interested in our products, with your consent.

Legal basis

The consent of the data subject and, where applicable, Championsys’ legitimate interest in answering the enquiries it receives.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above and applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Data subjects can request access, rectification, update or deletion of their data, under Argentine Law 25.326 and the regulations that apply in each country.

Transfers and providers

Championsys may use technology service providers that process data on its behalf, with appropriate safeguards.

For company identification we use Apollo.io (ZenLeads Inc., United States), which loads only with your marketing consent. The data from that visit is processed in the United States.

The contact and demo forms are served by the Championsys CRM (app.crm.championsys.com) and the meeting booking calendar by Google Calendar (Google LLC). Both load only if you choose “Accept all”. The details you enter when booking a meeting are processed by Google under its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Job applications

The careers page links to the Championsys ATS job portal (app.ats.championsys.com). Applications and CVs are submitted and processed on that portal, not on this site, and are covered by its own privacy notice for candidates.
